Nick went on safari as a teenager and there was an immediate connection to the bush. He’s been coming to Africa for 20 years. Every time he returns, it feels like coming home. At university he received a degree in environmental and African studies and has lived in both east and southern Africa and was certified as a safari guide in 2006. Over the years Nick became vertically integrated into the tourism industry as a safari expert having worked at a safari camp, represented a lodge and charter company and worked as a safari planner over the last 15 years. Coming to Africa changed his life. When he plans a trip, he imagines his client’s experience may have the same profound impact on who they are and who they become.
